Lizzo Removed By Her Landlord Out Of Rental Property After Posting Dancing Videos On Instagram
Lizzo has cla-imed she was ki-cked out of a rental property she and her friends were staying at after posting videos on social media of them dancing.The singer has been ha-nging out with five of her mates recently, with the group regularly sharing clips of them dancing to her Instagram account.
However, according to the 32-year-old, the owner of the property cut their seven-day stay short by three days and even ‘thre-atened to call the police’.Lizzo h-it out at the owner, sharing a video of her dancing at her new place.
The clip was posted with the caption: “This is for the man that ki-cked me out of my 7-day rental 3 days early yesterday.”This is for mo-cking the way that I dance and for using Instagram footage of me and my 6 bla-ck homegirls to say that we could ‘hu-rt him’ and thr-eaten to call the police.
“I know you’re watching my page so I just want you to know you can’t stop this bla-ck girls’ shine. Thanks for ki-cking us out c-us this house is better anyways. Xo-xo.”The ‘Juice’ singer addressed concerns over why she was han-ging out with her mates while the pande-mic was still ongoing, cla-iming that they had all been tested prior to going on the trip.
Sharing a video of the group posing together, she wrote: “Just a group of mela-nated girls soaking up the sun. No rhyme or reason. (We all took the responsibility to get covid tests and luckily we’re all neg-ative. Please be safe and wear your masks.”).”The owner of the property is yet to respond to the so-called made by Lizzo.
This comes a few months after the singer was named TIME Magazine’s Entertainer of the Year for 2019.
